Graef honored with Serial Innovator Award

George Graef, professor of agronomy and horticulture, was honored with the NUtech Ventures Serial Innovator Award held at the 2015 Innovators Appreciation Luncheon on Oct. 6. The Serial Innovator Award recognizes an individual whose long-term success in innovation has made significant impact on University of Nebraska-Lincoln technology development and commercialization efforts, and whose innovations have extensive use in the marketplace. He received the award this year for his work developing high-yield soybean varieties that use inputs most efficiently.
