Teaching
Teaching responsibilities include advising and mentoring graduate students and teaching PLAS/NRES 107-Invasive Plant Species: Impacts on Ecosysystems. The class meets the criteria for ACE 9, enabling students to exhibit global awareness or knowledge of human diversity through analysis of the geopolitical and environmental issues related to invasive plants.
Extension
Extension duties include outreach and technology transfer focused on turfgrass weed ecology and resilient turfgrass management.
Research
Research efforts target two areas – turfgrass weed management and water movement in modified root zones.
