Breeding, genetics, and management of perennial grasses for use in pastures, rangelands, conservation plantings, or biomass energy production systems and their sustainability.

  • Conduct critical summaries and reviews of long-term perennial grass breeding, genetics, and management research.
  • Conduct critical summaries and reviews on the development and use of perennial grasses and crop residues for biomass bioenergy.
  • Review research proposals for U.S. and international research funding agencies.
