Internship Contract

This internship form needs to be completed minimally five working days prior to the start of your internship. Before completing this form, you will need to develop three learning objectives for your internship. A good way to develop these is to look at the required and preferred skills, knowledge, and experience sections on position descriptions of jobs that you would like to have after graduation. Any requirements that you do not have or need to develop further would be good include as learning objectives. Discuss your learning objectives with your internship supervisor during your interview or minimally as you work on this form prior to the start of your internship. Revisit your learning objectives every 3-4 weeks during your internship to make sure you are gaining knowledge and experience in the areas you identified as important to your professional development.
