The IANR Writing Fellows Program is taking applications now. There will be an information session Sept. 3 in 385 Plant Sciences Hall.
The program offers an opportunity for training and extensive engagement in scientific writing. College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources graduate students are invited to apply to this two-year program where students will be enabled to become highly skilled and competitive writers, educators and mentors by the time they exit their academic program.
Benefits include a $3,300 stipend, leadership and professional development in scientific writing and education, a collaborative environment, and increased productivity and experience providing skilled professional peer reviews.
Applicants must be graduate students in a department/unit within CASNR with a minimum of two full academic years remaining in their academic program.
