Social Committee

Role

Interactions among faculty, staff, and students outside the workplace play an important role in fostering departmental morale, collegiality, and well-being. The Social Committee serves a vital role in facilitating these interactions and strengthening our sense of community.

The Committee is also responsible for maintaining several longstanding departmental traditions, including the:

  • Welcome Back Breakfast
  • Halloween Potluck
  • Spring Picnic and Potluck
