In light of the ongoing developments related to the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Nebraska Plant Science Symposium will be held as a Webinar ONLY on March 17.
Our speakers (including three-minute talks) will speak remotely through zoom.
There will not be any in-person activity. Please see the updated program and zoom link information below to attend the webinar. For any further questions, please contact the organizing committee at unlplantbreeding@gmail.com.

About the symposium
The Nebraska Plant Science Symposium is a part of a biennial series which began in 2012. In 2015, the Symposium became an annual event. It is affiliated with the Plant Sciences Symposia Series spanning multiple universities, facilitated by Corteva Agrisciences.
The goal of the symposium series at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln is to enhance agricultural scientific literacy, stimulate collaboration, and help build interest in plant breeding careers. This one-day symposium is free, open to the public, and offered via webinar to the broader scientific community around the world.

The city of Lincoln has a variety of hotel options within the downtown district, and a short drive from the symposium location.
