Curriculum Coordinating Committee

The Department of Agronomy and Horticulture at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has a long-standing tradition of teaching excellence. As with most endeavors, curriculum is not static and it's important to continuously assess instruction and adapt the department's curriculum to address current issues and advances in the field. The Curriculum Committee serves as the first level of evaluation and oversight of courses and course revisions offered by faculty of the Department.

To initiate a curriculum addition, revision or deletion, contact Sam Wortman for undergraduate courses or David Hyten for graduate courses. Curriculum proposals, updates and meeting agenda topics may also be sent to the Office Pros who will track the proposal and forward any proposal, updates or deletions to Sam Wortman, Meghan Sindelar, Martha Mamo and the CASNR Curriculum Committee. Terms are 3 years and end on June 30 of the year indicated.
